River Rock Falls

For a wonderful spot with an organised picnic area, River Rock is an ideal place to cool off after a day spent exploring the myriad attractions of Anse la Raye.

A large pool has been created at the base of the cascading falls which provides ample room for swimming. There is a changing area and a bar that sells wonderful cold Pitons, making it the perfect place to spend several hours in quiet reflection. There is often a local musician strumming his guitar and singing soulful reggae numbers in a quiet salute to Bob Marley. The entrance to River Rock Falls is signposted on the left handside of the road as you approach the village from the north. The falls themselves are reached on foot via an easy trail.
